We offer a wide selection of bicycles for different people and uses. And we provide expert assistance in selecting the proper bike type and model. For example, a road bike makes little sense if your plan is to tackle dirt trails. Likewise, if you're into cruising, you certainly don't need to test ride racing rigs. You need the bike type that's right for you, and our experienced staff will listen to you and help you choose.

We are a unique shop offering a large variety of products many of which we produce ourselves or have produced exclusively for us. At Paulines Gift Shop you'll find Gifts From The Heart including individualized hand painted mail boxes, furniture, watering cans, all types of glassware, and holiday ornaments.

Located on historic Cape Ann, our flagship store is housed in a large turn of the century building on Gloucester’s busy Main Street. We offer 6,000 sq. ft. of wonderful, handmade home décor and gifts, such as blown glass, iron work, lamps, jewelry, mirrors, the largest selection of pottery on the North Shore, fun and whimsical home accents, as well as the creations of Ed Soucy, owner and designer of "Ring Leg Furnishings".

My studio is open year round.  Visitors are welcome to watch the work in progress, see what's new in the showroom, and sit by the river to watch the swans and egrets.

Local Colors began in the fall of 1989 as a group of local artists who rented a small retail space in Gloucester for the holidays. Those initial couple of months stretched into a few more and eventually that small group of artists decided to make it official. Bylaws were drafted, and Local Colors was born.
