Gloucester artist Vanessa Michalak will host an Open Studio each Saturday 12 pm – 6 pm this summer at her 17 Pleasant Street studio. Many paintings from her Green Space series are on view, as well as scenes of the Cape Ann coastline. Michalak has a fine understanding of light and color; her oil paintings are imbued with the luminescence of Cape Ann.
